Delivery + Returns
We aim to dispatch all items within 48 hours of order, and much quicker if you select one of our EXPRESS options.
Most orders are shipped in branded packaging (except Express orders).
We deliver using AusPost. Checkout their website for delivery estimates.
For UK & Republic of Ireland customers: Your order may be delivered across several shipments.
For all other international customers: We can post to virtually anywhere else in the world - however, note that our prices exclude duties and taxes (beyond the above countries) and you may be charged extra by your local Customs & Duty agency.

To obtain a refund you must return the product(s) to us in the same condition in which you received them within 14 days. We will examine the returned product(s) and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 7 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective product.
Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and the reasonable cost incurred by you in returning the item to us.
We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We know you're probably eager to get your cards asap and that waiting for them is a pain. However, we won't begin to investigate non-deliveries until 10 business days after your order (and 2 business days for most express deliveries).
Please note, missing orders can only be investigated/resolved within 30 days of the original shipping/dispatch date.
